This cant just be a Memphis thing. After yesterday I am totally disgusted with seeing people who feel is it OKAY to not to dress themselves.
Maybe I am wrong in thinking so but should business’s not be required to deny a person service if they dont have their clothes on? I mean most have signs no shirt, no shoes, no service. Most parents teach their kids to put their clothes on….right? Maybe not all but most.
While standing in a local fast food place yesterday there was a guy in front of me with his pants down around his knee caps, he did have boxers on but you could see the crack of his ass. What would make a person think people would want to see that? Especially while trying to order food? He wasnt even trying to hold up his pants. The girl he was with had what I will call a thin strap night shirt, no bra and boobs hanging out all over the place. What is wrong with people that the dont believe the should dress to go out in public anymore, and why do business’s allow it? The children they had with them werent the best dressed either, judging by their parents they may not ever think they have to dress for public. This is not the first time I have seen butts and boobs hanging out, just the first time they have been in my face while dealing with food. It was totally disgusting.
Let me say first if people wanna walk around the streets like that……I suppose so bet it. Some states enforce the pull your pants up tickets. I dont think Memphis could ever have enough police to enforce that. Heck we dont have enough to enforce the law much less pants. (side note: and our Mayor is trying to take police off the streets)
Let me also say that I am sure there are parents do teach their kids to dress correctly some kids still wanna show their butts in more ways that one. So I cant dis them for trying.
But at this point I think there should be some enforcement on a business to do this for the customers who dont want to see a persons uncovered body. Is that asking to much? PULL your pants up and cover yourself before entering or NO SERVICE. Now if they wanna pull them back down when they leave that is their option. But I for one am feed up with it.
Thinking more on a personal level, if I am in a business and it catches fire……if you cant use your legs because your pants are down to your knee caps, DONT LOOK FOR HELP FROM ME. You cant use them, I wont be dragging you. Get real people. I have no shame in not helping those who COULD help themselves.
I know this possibly is not JUST A MEMPHIS THING. Please tell me our city is not the only city where people wanna show things better left covered. Is it?
Just because you may think those body parts are hot, doesnt mean everyone else thinks they are. If they are so gorgeous to you stay home, stand in front of the mirror all day. Admire yourself. Your nasty butt and boobs are not attractive to me when I choose to eat, or choose to grocery shop. Cover it up. PLEASE.
I say its time to get some help, get a law, get something to enforce people to cover it up. Make these stores say NO SERVICE. One option is stay in the car, go through the drive thru if you cant cover it up.
Allowing this is a disgrace to the families and kids who do choose to put their clothes on. Lets change it. Get this petition going and show this people we mean business. Start complaining.
The other day at a school function there was a boy who had to hold his pants up threw the whole program. I felt so sorry for him. I wanted to think they just forgot to put a belt on him, but honestly I dont think they did. I believe its going to be a way of life for him. Poor thing should have been able to use BOTH hands for what they were doing.

What is UP with this public/shared bathroom thing in so many hotels in Manhattan?? I mean, seriously, in NO other city have I ever needed to double check that my room has it’s own bathroom.
I can’t tell you how incredibly creepy that is.
So I guess I’ll suck it up and pay twice the rate for my Sunday night stay at the Club Quarters off Wall Street. At least I’ll have my own bathroom.

If it was me, and I have been in that position, I took my employer there the local labor office with all the proof. I actually got paid more than I was expecting because they made them pull all my payrolls.
If you cant do that, take her to small claims court. I am a like to prove a point kinda person when it comes to things like that. Never allow a person to take advantage of me. Especially when it comes to money that is rightfully owed. If the work was done then yes you should be paid for it
